Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return on our web site.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unwashed, with tags, in its original packaging, and with no dirt, stains, or animal hair on it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at steve@sheepdreamzzz.org. You may then send the item back to us. We will not pay return shipping costs unless the item sent by us was flawed or not the correct item. If the item is dirty or has animal hair on it (it's happened and fyi there are no animals where we knit or store our blankets) we will not issue a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include an image of the item with your communication since we will probably ask for it anyway.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If we accept your return we will refund the full value of the returned item(s) plus the original shipping cost and any sales tax.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. We will not refund the original shipping charge unless the item was defective or not the item that you ordered. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
